Let’s make it work for you!
Average sizing is based on an approximation of what we know… your shoe size. Generally a shoe size is based first on the length of your foot but also considers the width. Since this tool is made to fit along the width of your toes we can get a pretty good approximation from just knowing 2 things. Your standard shoe size & your standard shoe width.
The “Spikes” spacing and placement should fit comfortably between your toes. You should not have to stretch your toes out to fit into the mold. You should not feel the spikes poking the bottom of your toes.
The “V” shaped valleys between the spikes are designed to target and apply pressure to the tiny muscles over your bones while cradling your bones for stability therefore protecting your joints.
The shape of the arc is based off averages as well. Meaning if the curved line drawn across the webs of your toes may need further consideration as well.
