Between sizes? Choose the larger size.
The ring size is intentionally measured to the inside of the spike to fit over your knuckle comfortably.
The outer ring is elliptical which allows you to use it as a lever to push and apply pressure.
If you don’t know your ring size you can cut a piece of paper into a narrow strip wrap it around your finger. Mark it with a pen. This helps you find the circumference. Measure the strip of paper to your mark on a flat surface with a ruler.
Once you have your measurement if you fall between sizes round up. it’s advisable to go up a size you probably want it to be a little loose anyway to get an angle on it while applying pressure. You don’t want it to fit tight over your knuckle.
While using the ring as a myofascial release tool applying pressure with the inner spikes you'll push on the lever which applies pressure two inner points and or if you choose the next finger over as well.
Typically… You can use a thumb ring for all your fingers but depending on your hands you might have a harder time using a thumb ring on your pinky finger. You may be able to use an index finger ring on other fingers and get to the inside of your thumb from the outer edge of the ring but not the full benefit of using a ring that fits over your thumb joint.

Because StretchSpikes are a foot-contact product, we don't accept returns of used pairs. But if we made a mistake, you received the wrong product/size, or your order arrives damaged, contact us and we'll make it right—including replacement shipping when appropriate.
